User Agreement

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Luni, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

This agreement applies to Luni and to any features, tools, updates, or services that reference these terms.

2. What Luni Does

Luni provides creative tools for local poster creation. You may import photos, create layout pieces, edit text and colors, apply visual effects, manage local drafts, and export finished posters.

Luni is a creative tool. You remain responsible for the images, text, designs, and other content you choose to create, import, export, save, or share.

3. Eligibility

You may use Luni only if you can legally enter into this agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you use Luni on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept this agreement for that organization.

4. Your Content

Your photos, project drafts, text, colors, edits, exported posters, and other materials you create or import are your content. Luni does not claim ownership of your content.

You grant Luni a limited permission to process your content on your device solely so the app can provide editing, preview, storage, export, and related features.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Use Luni only for lawful purposes.
• Import, edit, export, and share content only when you have the rights or permissions to do so.
• Respect intellectual property, privacy, publicity, and other rights of third parties.
• Review your exported work before publishing, printing, selling, or sharing it.
• Keep backups of important projects or exported files when needed.

6. Prohibited Uses

You must not use Luni to create, store, export, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, exploitative, infringing, or otherwise violates applicable rights or laws.

You must not reverse engineer, modify, disrupt, overload, or misuse Luni except where such activity is expressly allowed by applicable law.

7. App Features and Local Storage

Luni may store drafts, project data, caches, previews, settings, and exported files locally on your device. If you delete the app, clear storage, delete projects, or remove files from your device, related content may no longer be available.

Some features may depend on device permissions, available storage, operating system version, hardware capability, or third-party platform behavior.

8. Purchases and Paid Features

Luni may offer paid features, coin packs, subscriptions, or other in-app purchases. Purchases are handled by the applicable app store or payment provider and may be subject to that provider's payment, refund, renewal, and cancellation rules.

Unless required by law or the applicable app store rules, fees are non-refundable once paid. You are responsible for reviewing pricing, renewal terms, and purchase confirmations before completing a transaction.

9. Intellectual Property

Luni, including its app design, interface, software, visual system, templates, built-in effects, icons, names, and other app materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted to you, all rights in Luni are reserved.

You may use exported works you create with Luni, subject to your rights in the content you imported and any applicable third-party restrictions.

10. Third-Party Services

Luni may interact with operating system features, app store services, cloud file providers, share sheets, photo libraries, printers, or other third-party tools you choose to use. These third-party services are not controlled by Luni and may have their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimers

Luni is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or suitable for every creative, commercial, professional, or legal purpose.

You are responsible for checking exported quality, file compatibility, rights clearance, and final publication decisions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luni and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, business, creative work, or device availability arising from or related to your use of the app.

13. Termination

You may stop using Luni at any time. We may suspend or discontinue features, updates, or access to the app where necessary for legal, security, operational, or policy reasons.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including ownership, responsibility for content, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and contact provisions.

14. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this User Agreement from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice in the app or through another appropriate method. Continued use of Luni after an update means you accept the updated agreement.
