1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Luni handles information when you use the app. Luni helps you import photos, create puzzle-style poster layouts, apply visual effects, edit text and background elements, and export finished images.

The core creative experience is processed locally on your device. Luni does not require an account, social profile, online marketplace profile, or public publishing identity.

2. Information You Provide or Create

Depending on how you use Luni, the app may work with the following content on your device:

• Photos or image files you choose to import.
• Poster layouts, drafts, project metadata, text layers, color choices, effects, decorations, and export settings.
• Exported poster images that you save or share through your device.
• App preferences such as auto-save, default poster size, export quality, vibration, animation, and guide settings.

These materials are used to provide the app's creative tools and local project management features.

3. Local Processing

Luni is built around local image creation. Image import, layout editing, preview generation, visual effects, project drafts, and exports are intended to be processed on your device.

Luni does not upload your photos, poster drafts, exported works, project files, or creative content to a Luni server for normal app functionality.

4. Permissions

Luni may request access to device features only when needed for a feature you choose to use:

• Photo Library access allows you to select images and save exported posters.
• Camera access allows you to capture images for use in a project.
• File access allows you to import supported image files from your device or cloud file providers selected by you.
• Tracking permission may be requested only where required by the operating system for optional diagnostics or app experience improvement. Luni does not use this permission to inspect your creative content.

You can manage permissions in your device settings at any time.

5. Data We Do Not Collect

Luni does not require you to create an account. For the current local-first experience, Luni does not knowingly collect your name, email address, phone number, address book, social contacts, poster content, image contents, or private project files.

Luni does not sell your personal information or your creative works.

6. Diagnostics and App Improvement

Luni may use limited, privacy-conscious diagnostics if such functionality is enabled in a future version or by system-level tools. Diagnostics may include app version, device model, operating system version, crash logs, performance signals, and feature reliability information.

Diagnostics are used to improve stability, fix bugs, understand performance, and maintain app quality. They are not intended to include the content of your photos, poster drafts, exported images, or project files.

7. Purchases

If Luni offers paid features, coin packs, subscriptions, or other in-app purchases, payment processing is handled by the applicable app store or payment provider. Luni does not receive your full payment card details.

Purchase status may be used inside the app to unlock paid features, restore purchases, prevent abuse, and provide support.

8. Sharing and Exporting

You control when exported posters or project-related files leave your device. If you use system share sheets, cloud storage, messaging apps, social platforms, printers, or other third-party services, your sharing activity is governed by those services' own policies.

9. Retention and Deletion

Drafts, project files, cached previews, imported images, and exported posters may remain on your device until you delete them, clear app storage, remove cache, or uninstall the app. Some files may also remain in locations you selected, such as Photos, Files, or cloud storage.

You can delete local projects and exported files using in-app controls or your device's storage tools where available.

10. Children

Luni is not intended to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can review the concern.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a local-first creative app. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so you should also protect your device with system security features such as passcodes, biometric lock, and encrypted backups.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice in the app or through another appropriate method. The updated policy will be effective when posted, unless a different date is stated.
